It seems everyone in business is trying to figure out ways to keep their revenues up while at the same time trying to figure out ways to cut costs. Marketing, specifically direct marketing is one of the most expensive forms of mass media advertising behind radio and television. I've personally used coupons for pet products, carpet cleaning - even a plumber if you can believe that! The point I'm trying to make here is that bargains for local businesses are plentiful all over the internet, they can just be difficult to find sometimes.

When businesses can offer tremendous deals in one location and for a much cheaper price than direct mail marketing, the winner is the consumer. You see, if the merchant is saving money due to cheaper advertising costs, then the consumer may see better savings via the coupon offer. Let's put it another way - If I'm going to save hundreds or even thousands of dollars a month as a business owner - I'm going to pass that savings via greater discounts and offers to attract even more business to my door. The sweeter the deal - the greater the response! It's a natural relationship between coupon marketing and redemption by the consumer.

So what do I mean when I say "Out-smart the Competition?"
